Dear Caroyln, Although I am not a pre-teen anymore, not for a very long time, I can still use some thoughtful advice from time to time. Right now my husband and I are preparing to downsize from our very large and beautiful home to something smaller and more manageable and less expensive. This move will free us up to do things like go to Florida in the winter and maybe take more road trips/vacations which are always fun.
Our situation is this. This morning my husband expressed some thoughts about his concern about how to tackle downsizing. He has a very large office setup with computer(s, printer/fax machine and all sorts of papers (record keeping) and in the garage his workshop with all sorts of tools and machinery. Since we've been in this house I have filled my art studio with more and more equipment and worktables and an extra large easel. I wonder too, how wil I downsize from this?
Any suggestions you can make will be greatly appreciated. GE
